30-Day Return Policy

Bagzen accepts returns for eligible items within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original tags, labels, packaging, and protective materials must be included
  • Item must not show signs of damage, stains, alteration, or misuse
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

How to Start a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved because the item arrived:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • or incorrect,

Bagzen will cover the return shipping cost.

For standard customer returns, shipping charges may not be refundable unless otherwise stated.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged before shipping it back to avoid transit damage.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are approved after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

Your refund may be approved if:

  • The returned item meets all return conditions
  • The return request was submitted within the allowed return period
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided

Refund Process

Once your return is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout
  • Payments made through Stripe will be refunded back to the original account or card

Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may apply if:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing
  • The item is returned in a condition different from the original shipped condition

Any deduction will be communicated before processing the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Exchanges

Currently, Bagzen does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different item, color, or style, please:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order separately

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or returned to the sender.

Restocking Fee

Bagzen does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
